How we use information.

STIA (Stroyinzhiniring Astana LLP) uses information submitted through the contact form only to review the enquiry, reply to the sender and arrange further business communication.

Information we receive

Name, company, work email, enquiry text, selected language and the page from which the form was submitted. Technical data is recorded automatically with each submission: IP address, browser details and the referring page.

How information is processed and stored

The form is handled by Netlify, the hosting provider for this website. Submissions are stored on Netlify servers outside Kazakhstan and are also forwarded to a STIA corporate mailbox by email. Access is limited to responsible STIA personnel. We retain the information only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations.
